GUEST SPEAKER:  Jeff Hays - Chairman of the Colorado Republican Party.  

Jeff Hays was elected to the GOP Chair this spring.   His former position was El Paso County Chair, whose accomplishments include orchestrating a 90% turnout in 2016 along with tremendous fundraising efforts.  He graduated from the U.S. Air Force and retired with the rank of Lt. Colonel.  Other areas of success include recruiting and coaching at the USAF and an Asst. Professorship at the Academy.  Jeff Hays brings a wide-range of experience to his current position.   

Reminder - municipal/school board elections are this November and there are 7 announced candidates for Colorado Governor.
