West Arapahoe Republican Forum

  • South Metro Chamber of Commerce Meeting Room 2154 E. Commons Ave. Unit 342 Centennial, CO 80122 USA

Featuring Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorder, Matt Crane and Arapahoe County Chair, Joy Hoffman

Matt Crane and Joy Hoffman will be giving an overview of the various initiatives that met the signature threshold for inclusion on your November 2016 ballot.  There are numerous initiatives on the ballot this year some of those include, presidential primary, primary elections, minimum wage, medical aid in dying or right to die, and State Healthcare System or single-payer health insurance.  If passed, these initiatives would be added to the Colorado State Constitution and could result in negative affects from the personal level limiting choices, increased taxes on your income and negative affects on the Colorado State economy and state budget.  This listing is just a few of this year's ballot initiatives.

Ballots are scheduled to drop in the mail in mid-October.  With the sheer number of initiatives appearing on the ballot this we have only a matter of weeks to gather information on them before it will be time to vote.
